Which Business schools to apply

Hi All,

My gmat score is 700 with the below break-up: Quant : 51 (98 percentile) Verbal : 31 (58 percentile) A.W.A : 6.0 (90 percentile)

Should I consider re-taking GMAT for B-school applications? Where all can I apply with these scores?

Thanks, Deepika

Moreover, regarding my work-experience, I am an IT professional from India with 5 years of experience till date. I have worked in Microsoft so far and looking to move to a product management role.

Which B-schools are good for churning out technical managers?

If you have the time I'd study to get the verbal up. Granted I'm no professional and just relaying second hand information, but I've heard your score splits are just as important if not more so than your total score. There is the 80/80 rule of thumb floating around out there that says schools want a minimum 80th percentile in each category. So if you have the time and the means I'd study and take it again. I mean a 700 is still a good score so it probably won't be the end of the world if you don't.
