Which MFIN program is better: IE or ESADE? Aiming for IB jobs in Gulf countries with a high salary!
Hi
I’m planning to pursue a Master’s in Finance and have shortlisted **IE Business School** and **ESADE Business School**. My ultimate goal is to work in **Investment Banking (IB)** in the **Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.)** if not possible US orUK with a strong salary package.
Here’s what I’m curious about:
-
**Job Prospects**: Which school has better placement rates for IB roles, especially in the Gulf region?
-
**Reputation**: Some people say ESADE is highly regarded in the finance world, while IE is more of a "rich-name university" without much substance. What’s your take on this?
-
**Alumni Network**: Which program offers a stronger network in the Gulf finance industry?
-
**ROI**: Which program delivers a better return on investment for someone like me?
I’ve done some research but would love to hear from those who’ve attended these schools or have firsthand experience with IB in the Gulf.
Don't go to IE or ESADE for the gulf. Go to LSE, Warwick or KCL. Will have a much better reputation ;)
