Which undergrad school to pick

I have gotten into UT but as of right now I am deferred from there honors program at kelley i am a direct admit with honors as well and i am soon to hear from Upenn but its too unrealistic tbh so with respect with the college life for an international student and party life included what school should i pick for IB
