I just received and accepted an internship offer from a BB. I come from a non-target so this is huge for me. I have to say though the advice on this website helped me tons. It answered my stupid questions so that I didn't look like an idiot when I got the chance to talk to bankers. It sounds stupid but networking is without a doubt the best thing you can do. Start early and you'll make it.
