Two new MM S&T analyst programs I've heard of are Stephens & FHN (First Tennessee). Stephens has expressed interest in hiring new analysts this coming year (2022-2023) with the goal of starting a program soon following. FHN has created and is actively hiring right now for their new 3-year S&T program. FHN is more of a regional bank but is a huge issuer of debt based out of Memphis. In 2021 Citi and Wells were paying first years 85k base, 10k signing, and performance bonus. I know these numbers have increased in 2022, but I'm not sure the exact amount.
I'm starting this forum to see if there are any other shops that are starting or thinking about starting S&T programs. Lots of these smaller banks have an overwhelming amount of employees 40/50+ years old and are looking to build the next generation.
