Banks in Toronto did much better than other places. This ain't 2008 anymore.
haha yeah, its not like NYC-based firms automatically give their analysts better bonuses. Believe it or not, bonuses are still tied to firm performance.
Entitlement is bad, that said I completely agree. Disappointing. Wanted to know if this is a "fuck you" or if CS is unique in this, or if things are just down across the board. Thanks.
Every 1st year S&T analyst at my bank got a 20k stub earlier in the year.
Is that a full year or half year (stub) bonus?
i'm not quite sure why this is being posted now... since S&T stubs at CS and a number of other shops were announced in January....
CS stubs are Jan/Feb; analyst cycle in Jul/Aug......
to clarify, you mean CS S&T stubs are in jan/feb. CS IBD analyst bonuses are awarded in summer...
