Depending on your level. I know analysts in sales that received 20k and the highest received 50k.

Nice guys may not finish last but they sure don't finish first. Loyalty is not rewarded, it's taken advantage of. 
 

Why would you assume there is a higher max than 50K? Bonus is blend of performance and how your group/division does, if your group/division doesn't meet budge or rev expectations then why would they pay an analyst anything "substantial". Analysts usually bring very little to no value add to the top line, let alone to the bottom line. Once you reach the associate level you may get paid a bit more but again it depends on performance as well as yoy all-in pay level comparisons.
