2022 Compensation Thread - Trading

Saw a thread for IB and was wondering if anyone else is curious or might have some potential data points in the past or heading forward/what you may expect this year. Going into desk P/L etc. probably would dox some people and their groups so assume most people would leave some of the info out. Just curious about what you all are expecting this year.

Probably should separate into:

S&T/Prop:

Title:

Product/Desk:

Historical TC/Expectations:

sorry but what's the point of recording what you're expecting?  isn't what you actually receive the only thing that matters

Fair point, I edited historical + expectations as something to refer back to when bonuses hit next year to compare. Our desk personally did relatively well in 2021 and ended 2H 2021 nicely enough to receive a small additional bonus on top of the guarantee I got upon joining. I'm expecting to see less this year and will update mine when I actually receive the numbers.
