Based on the most helpful WSO content, here's what you need to know about the full-time S&T recruitment process:

  1. Recruitment Timeline:

    • General Timeline: Full-time S&T recruitment for bulge bracket banks (BBs) typically starts around the first week of September. However, the exact dates can vary by firm and region.
    • Application Openings: Historically, applications for firms like Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo have specific opening dates. For example, Goldman Sachs applications opened on July 15th in a previous cycle, and Wells Fargo accepted applications on July 12th for FT IB and S&T.
  2. Networking and Updates:

    • Networking: It's never too early to start networking. Engaging with professionals in the industry can provide insights and potentially expedite your application process.
    • Application Status: If you haven't received updates on your applications, it might be beneficial to follow up with your contacts or the HR departments of the firms you're interested in.
  3. Previous Recruitment Insights:

    • Accelerated Processes: In previous years, some firms have accelerated their recruitment processes. For instance, Moelis & Rothschild had their applications open early, and Barclays started their diversity apps and interviews in March/April.
    • Diversity in Timelines: Different firms have varied timelines. For example, Citi's S&T process was completed by March at some schools, while others like Jefferies and Houlihan Lokey stuck to a Summer/Fall schedule.

Given the current date, September 18th, 2024, it's likely that the recruitment process for 2025 full-time S&T positions is either just starting or about to start. Keep an eye on firm-specific announcements and continue networking to stay ahead.
