2nd year analyst Sales bonus

I accepted an offer in sales at a BB, I never had any banking experience, I am young and never had a full time job (I worked part time in various jobs to help me pay for school). Instead of taking me as a first year analyst they are taking me as a 2nd year analyst because I will be coming in with a masters degree. I will still produce about the same amount of volume as a first year (since this would be my first year...), but I am wondering if I will still be considered for second year analyst bonuses? Also anybody has any idea of the value bonuses can take in the UK for 2nd year analysts (I do realize it can go from 0 to 200000, but if somebody could give me the figures from last year in the UK, or something like that I would really appreciate.

Also all my friend in my masters program (the few that are getting offers) are all starting as a first year, even if some of them already had internships at UBS, GS, and what not. I am just wondering is it just certain bank that will give you a 2nd year analyst position when you have a masters degree then?

I was in contact with multiple banks at the time I received my offer, and I was wondering if that had anything to do with me getting offered a 2nd year analyst job? The funny thing is that they could have paid me nothing and I would still have taken that job, the people I have met are amazing, I just want to get out of school now and start working with them :)

Thanks in advance all!
