I have my first assessment centre coming up and I'm super nervous. Please give me any tips you might have as I've never done one of these before. Do I need to bring food? Should I print out my CV? Ahhhh

No you don’t need to bring food lol, from experience they either provide lunch or it’s short enough that you won’t go hungry during it. You also don’t need to print out your CV, certainly wont hurt to have a copy in your bag but I’ve never seen anyone do this, although do bring a notepad and pen. Good luck bud
