Advice: Carreer steps for trading?????

Hi

So, I'm currently in an Investment Bank as a Middle office Analyst, but I envetualy want to become a trader (risk trader not sales trading) at a hedge fund or prop trading firm.

I have a Bachelor and some work experience. I also know VBA and have some undergraduate level mathematics classes that I took outside my bachelor.

What else can I do to improve my CV to the eyes of a Graduate Trader recruiter??? Masters, Coding, online courses???????

Thanks
