Advice for a sophomore starting from ground 0

Hi guys, I'm a sophomore at a Canadian target (US semi/non-target) looking to recruit for S&T this upcoming cycle. Admittedly, I didn't know I was going to be recruiting for S&T until a few months ago and most of my previous experience was suited for IB recruiting (M&A, search fund, banking ops). I was just wondering what you guys would recommend to do for someone who's starting from ground 0 in terms of technical prep (i have my why S&T and basic behavs down from previous internship prep). B6 is probably gonna start dropping applications some time soon so I really wanna ramp up before then. Thanks.
