Agency CMBS Comp
So i work as an Analyst supporting a primary issuance non-broker dealer agency CMBS trading desk. I’m still new to the firm but my boss has aspirations for me to work my way up to junior trader. They did not give me any bonus expectations upon signing my offer, and I was wondering typically what the comp is for different positions in this industry.
