Does anyone happen to know the first year TC breakdown for a new grad Quant Trader position at Akuna? I was also curious about the WLB and the differences between their Chicago and Boston offices.

Non-Compete is definitely paid, it's unenforceable otherwise in the US or very easy to get out of otherwise.
