Analyst trading bonuses

Hey,

Was hoping someone could give some insight into what 1st and 2nd year trading bonuses looked like this year for BB's/ Tier 1 banks, or at least point me in the right direction please?

Many 1st year bonuses in excess of £15k or $25k?

I know it varies on personal performance, but what ballparks are we talking, if anyone has any numbers for London then great, but US numbers are just as adequate.

Thank you.

for this year at my place in s&t : (US bank in london) 1st y analyst = 20k£ (paid in December so prorated depending on when you started) 2nd year : Analyst got split into "tiers". Top tier got around 40k£, bottom tier around 15k£, others somewhere in between. With some bad performers being zeroed and pretty much knowing they were not being promoted to associate next july.
