Any desks okay with reservists for S&T?
In the National Guard, pretty large time commitment sometimes, obviously still willing to work whatever the hours. Also currently at a BB (GS/MS/JPM) but in a middle role. Is this a pipe dream? Or should I wait until I’m done with my military commitment? Seriously would love some insight for my career right now
No need to wait. Go for it. S&T is relatively better than IB to do reserves in. The more the role is centered around market hours, the easier it will probably be. Would be especially good if you can get a national guard unit that sticks to 2-day drills (which probably means a non-combat arms)
