Any S&T non-internship experiences for undergrads?
I prepped for IB throughout college (currently a junior) and recently decided I wanted to switch to trading instead. Does anyone have tips on how I can gain experience or look for trading programs that aren't internships? I already signed for summer 21 at a bank and don't want to give that up. I found the Flow Traders Trading Business Course, but haven't really found anything else and would really appreciate recs of similar programs or women's trading programs :)
