group one, Valkyrie, WH, XR, don't know if Belvedere counts as small anymore, dv trading? Comp Estimates(sorry Glassdoor is just all over the place)? how would it compare vs a lower bb s&t internship? Have a passion for trading and taking risk sooner (I.e don't want to wait 3 years at a bank)
