Anyone going through Flow Traders Graduate scheme at the moment?
Recently applied and got send a link to practice mental math. Quite tough as you only have 8 secs per answer and need at least 60% correct. You get a point per correct question and lose 3 if its incorrect, when leaving it blank you lose 2...
Any help is apreciated. Cheers lads
Not sure if it will be the same format but I recruited for Flow last year, made it past the math screening but no further. I practiced using the zetamac website (just search for it, top result) on default settings. If you can score 70+ you should be safe. When I first started on the zetamac website I was getting like 20-30, but the improvement comes quite quickly if you keep grinding it out. Good luck!
I did OCR last year and got to an early superday. The mental math test is honestly not too bad. Just make sure you get Section 1 + 2 perfectly correct. Getting some Section 3 would help as well. A lot of students from competitive schools at the superday with a case study. Office looked pretty nice. Good luck
