Anyone have experience with Peak6?

Does anyone know what Peak6 is like whether it comes to compensation or employee culture? I'm a female and the only reason I feel like that is significant to state is that Peak6 looks like they really prioritize recruiting female traders whether it be through their Women in Trading internships obviously for Women only, or their very woman-focused website. Does being a female looking to enter trading give me an advantage here at Peak6 and if so does anyone have experience with their hiring process?
