Is most of the prop shop hiring that goes on (for trainees and junior traders) ongoing or is there a specific application season and incoming recruit season? I've heard for Trillium that they hire for an incoming class for the fall, but what about others?

I have an interview coming up on October 15th with trillium in NYC. Does anyone have an helpful insight on the process?
