Applying to Trillium & FNYS

Do they read covers and resumes or is it only university recruiting? Also, do any of the successful traders there make any real money (7-8 figures) or are those mostly churn & burn shops? Read so many different things I don't know what to believe. Also who took over Schenck's job at FNYS after he left?
