Are there any real prop shops or trading firms with an edge?

I come from a trading background (crude oil) and have been trading equity syndicate for the past 5 years.
I've had consistent success but unfortunately the business has changed a lot since I started which is why I'd like to trade more than just the syndicate calender.

It doesn't seem like prop shops have much to offer as I'm not in need of capital and they don't seem to have any real edge.  Any Liquidity provider, HFT, quantitative/ago trading position, I've seen posted online, requires coding and I am not qualified for that.

Can anyone recommend or know of any firms that have an edge trading other instruments such as fx, commodities, etc?  Does such a position exist?

I would really appreciate any advice or insight.

Thank you.
