Balyasny restructuring equity trading
What the heck is wrong with this place? They hire and fire heads of their business units like clockwork every couple of years. Have run through multiple heads of equities, macro, quant in the last 5 years. This is despite promoting the “BAMily” super friendly, supposedly unique culture. Also posting some of the industry’s worst returns. Who has more color? Is senior management that incompetent?
