BAML S&T Summer Associate 2022
Just got my offer of S&T Summer Associate 2022 from BAML. The normal hiring process contains 1 VI + 3 phone interviews + AC. However, I didn't have an AC round and received the offer right after 3 phone interviews. I am worried about whether I enter the same position as the other interns who have gone through the full hiring process ( whether I could have the chance to receive the return offer). Does anyone have a similar situation to mine?
Congrats on the offer! Excuse my ignorance, what is 'AC'? I mean if you have the offer for the same program as someone else, then I can't imagine it would have any impact whatsoever on your chance of getting a return offer at the end of the program.
You could always ask HR to check about why there wasn't an 'AC'? I wouldn't mention return offer chances in the email.
Thank you for your advice, I will confirm several details with HR before making my decision! Basically, AC stands for assessment centre which is the final stage of the interview process. I know some of my friends have their AC from BAML but I didn't. Anyway, you're right, I should check this with HR without mentioning return offer haha. Thanks again for your suggestion! So sweet!
