Barclays or HSBC S&T SA2027 NYC?
Trying this again with a vote this time... I am lucky enough to have both Barclays and HSBC S&T 2027 NYC summer analyst offers. Both internships are rotational.
Have great connects/mentors at both banks and really like both cultures. I’m pretty interested in Macro, maybe EM, and gravitating towards Sales a bit. Which one should I take? Thanks.
hsbc is a top em group. im taking macro at barclays.

no like im mean ur not getting macro at barclays because I'm gonna be on that desk. If I want em Im going HSBC. If I want macro, I would go barclays but I will be getting the macro desk
When was your HSBC Superday, and how long did it take for you to receive a decision?

Did anyone hear anything back for HSBC SA 27 for IB (US)? There's only an assessment and then a superday. The recruiter says it takes 4-6 weeks after the assessment to hear back. Ik I probably didn't get the superday, but just curious as it will be 4 weeks tomorrow, and haven't heard anything.
