Best Master's to pair with Master's in finance for commodity trading

I'm finishing my undergrad in finance in my third year and my Msc in finance my fourth (senior year). My summer internship is with a commodities hedging firm. I have the opportunity to go for a second master's degree ( I like to learn) and was thinking something like international public policy with a focus on international trade to help look good for a commodity trading firm from a top school in the UK or US. thoughts?
