I will say Singapore > Hong Kong > New York > London
Trading in US and Europe Is highly commoditized. Market in these regions are very efficient.
Senior management in US or European banks always try to automate trading jobs or replace senior trader with younger ones. Guess what? Senior management will lose job soon. There will be less US / European banks operate large trading business in next 5 years. More industry consolidation. At that time, senior management will be jobless! Just like what happened in Deutsche Bank equities !
