Best S&T Desks
Hi everyone,
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Which S&T desks do you think are the most technical or math heavy? Which ones are/will be the most automated (excluding cash equity and FX), and which are the least? I understand this can vary depending on the bank, but how does compensation typically compare across these desks? More importantly, how do you figure out which S&T desk is the best fit for you?
