Bloomberg vs Capital IQ

Hey guys my school already has Bloomberg and is looking into getting Capital IQ. What is the main discrepancy between the two? Is it worth getting Capital IQ since we already have Bloomberg? Thanks in advance for your help?

Capital IQ sucks, Blloomberg is the real deal.

CapIQ is an IBD kind of database about companies. Bloomberg is market data and shit.

Used both for a while at work. Capital IQ sucks ass.

I think Bloomberg is probably better for ER, trading, AM, etc. Cap IQ is superior for banking.
