BMO S&T pay bump?
Saw a story on litquidity that BMO bumped AN1 base to 100k, is markets pay finally catching up to banking? Wanted to ask if this was happening at other spots across the street, either NYC or Toronto?

They bumped S&T to 100k but they also gave all IB AN1s a 10k surprise holiday stub because it was a good year so the disparity is still there.
