BNP Paribas S&T vs. RBC S&T??
Which is better (pay, exit opps, culture, etc.) Where would better to summer and evetually begin FT career at? Both NYC locations.
Have read that BNP Paribas is good in S&T (especially derivs; if this is wrong pls correct), but unsure as to how that compares to RBC.

I dislike BNP for personal reasons but they are undeniably strong in derivs trading.
Depends on the desk, but overall would caution you on joining a European bank’s S&T division and in particular BNP’s. They blow out desks all the time and will leave you out to dry. RBC does not pay particularly well, but you’ll have greater job security.
