Bond benchmark - please help decipher

I'm not a bond guy, so please don't judge.. Can someone please help me decipher bond price, yield and the change from this screenshot? Does it move in certain increments (saw that "+"on price) so curious?

Any additional details you would like to add on the subject would be appreciated!

I rather ask this now and sound dumb doing it rather than acting like I know something, which I clearly don't and keep going on with my life...

Edit- why is the negative change green and positive red?
