Bonuses and career for non trading jobs at trading houses
Hey people!
In trading houses It is common to have path (not guaranteed) to a trader via ops or TA. However, is there any shot to do the same via regulatory manager or legal?
Also, any insights on compensation for such positions at trading houses? Do they receive the same bonuses as ops or it is just a regular role with small to none of bonuses?
