bp TDP Grad Interview – What to Expect?
Long time lurker, this forum has been really useful to learn about S&T especially since basically nobody from my school ends up landing a role in finance let alone S&T, so pretty much all I’ve learnt has been through reading this forum!
I’ve been lucky enough to get an in-person interview for bp’s TDP graduate programme outside the US/EU, and I’m trying to get a better sense of what the interview might actually involve. Happy to have any tips/advice/information even if it’s US/EU related.
For the life of me, I can’t seem to find a very clear description of the format. I’ve trawled through Glassdoor and the WSO interviews page, but most of the information doesn’t seem to be very clear.
From what I’ve gathered so far, it sounds like the interview might involve supply-and-demand style questions around oil or refined products, and then branching into a discussion about market dynamics and risks. Was wondering whether you’d be able to give a bit more colour on what an interview would actually involve? How would you go about preparing? Any information/resources to practice case studies?
