Breaking into Commodity Brokering

I’m a recent graduate (UK, early 20s, non-finance degree at a Russel group uni) looking to go into brokering O/G, Metals or Mineral products. Having trouble getting my foot in the door and there isn’t much info out there that I can find. I’d be interested in any advice or perspectives.
