can this website be genuine
I have been troubled by seeing this website http://www.2stocktrading.com/ and the claims of its owner about Trading are outrageous. But can this be genuine considering the fact that he is willing you to pay back the book cost+$200 to people if they are not satisfied. What do you guys think?

I usually hate numbers that end in .9, .99 or 9. That sort of shameless psychological time frame allocation might be a clear indicator that its a scam.
