Same as the subject. What is the market to trade senior notes - not necessarily convertible or preferred attachmed notes - just loans themselves.

Not sure how active the market is but I was studying a distressed fund that would buy those senior notes from banks so its possible but I'm not sure how actively traded they are or can be.
Why wouldn't you be able to trade senior notes?
