Based on the most helpful WSO content, there has been discussion about the carbon emission trading market growing and predictions of it booming over the next decades. However, there is no specific mention of investment banks having dedicated carbon credit trading desks in the provided context.

For more detailed and specific information, you might want to explore further discussions or threads on Wall Street Oasis or other financial forums.

None off the top of my head but I could be wrong.

Tax equity financing is pretty awesome for banks so they are likely to continue using it even after the Inflation Reduction Act enabled credit markets. The IRA is new so I wouldn't be surprised to see some banks open up trading desks for credits. Credit standards are still being argued over so firms might be waiting to build infrastructure around them. (I could be wrong here. I only worked at a renewables company for 3 months).
