Career Advice - Entering S&T
Currently working in PWM but want to jump to S&T. I do a ton of trading in my role (less serious than S&T being in PWM) and have talked to a traders. I love what they say about the job and the face-paced, strenuous environment fits my personality. I have only been in PWM at a wire house for a year. My resume is decent but getting onto a desk is very difficult. Anybody have any advice on taking this path?
