Saw this post on twitter and very interesting to see CBOE bring it back. They have many complex products that are hard to trade digitally so makes sense they wanted it to open-outcry. Honestly open outcry is probably one of the reasons many people went into S&T (especially those that grew up in the 80s 90s and 2000s).
