Citi SA 2023 S&T Return Rates

Does anyone know what the Citi return rates for S&T were for last summer? Heard it was brutal compared to previous years when 60-90% got offers and it was yours to lose. Does anyone know what returns for SA 2025 look like, especially with the restructuring Fraser is conducting firm-wide?

Was absolutely brutal compared to previous years, I’d say 50-60% return offer rate. Thinking it could be the same this summer as well. I know really smart interns that didn’t make the cut

I don't think the restructures should be a concern for someone coming in as an analyst.  Most of the FO restructures are cutting fat MDs who get paid well but have low to negative value over replacement.  My understanding is that Citi is trying to be more aggressive in finding analysts who are smart but also hungry to learn.  In the past, it was more of a formality to get FT, but basically the internship requires a little more output now.
