Contacted the recruiter today and they said that I'd have a decision by tomorrow. (I have a two really great offers outstanding that expire soon and I've let the recruiter know.) I messed up pretty bad on the first interview with the VP on statistical knowledge. He grilled me a lot , What do you think my odds are given my interpretation of how things went and the follow up by the recruiter saying I'd know by tomorrow.
