Commodities market risk vs tech
Hi all,
I am currently working for a tech firm in London (business role). I am unhappy with the job, pay in tech is low, as well as career growth.
I have an opportunity to join an energy company as a market risk analyst in Europe.
I see this move as a good idea to move out of tech into a more interesting job and the plan will be to eventually move to commodity trading. The problem is, I am not sure if I like commodity trading for the long run. What if I am not good at it ? What are the possible exit opportunities ?
