I'm interning at a BB in NY this summer. I have some interest in trading commodities (besides oil and gas). Do the NY desks usually do most of the other commodities besides O&G? Would it be worthwhile to spend time on the commodities desk if you aren't trading those commodities (seeing as that's where the most action/liquidity is)?
