Thanks. This is likely a one-off year considering that Nat Gas prices ballooned bringing huge volatility to power.

Can you please share your background ?

Is it possible to make Trader with a finance masters degree with no applied maths background ?

Age: 26

YOE: 4

Comp: $120k ($55k base, $65k bonus)

Product:  Ags
Role:  Junior Trader (first yr as a "trader")

Don't think so. Almost a purely performance based contract, it's a quite small prop shop. Think base salaries should be around 150k for similar position, esp in London.

Bonus season around the corner so would love to hear more about this.
