What is the approximate all-in comp for market-maker traders at a BB at different levels?

I searched, didn't find anything. The comp databases are mainly geared towards banking, soi those aren't really helpful either.

you can have outliers in the multi-million type range, but you really shouldn't focus on that. I know a good chunk of ppl who made say 500k-1.5mm in their later 20s
I'm wondering if it's similar to these IBD ranges:
An: 100 Assoc: 150-250 VP: 400-700 ED: 700-1m MD: 1M- ___
Analayst 100k Assoc 250k VP 500k ED 750-1m MD 1m+
