heard goldman's base is 950
if im understanding this right that means that HK analysts make like 130k USD in salary? even though cost of living there is so much lower...
Thanks guys for your input. Does anyone have any figures for trading (eg fixed income or equity derivatives) analyst comp?
.
A BB will pay approximately the same translated into local currency as they do in a place like NYC. at least base wise
bonus wise, HK is growth country since its connected to the APAC ex Japan so it's more volatile. You make dough in good years and make nothing once it crashes
if you arent local you also get housing (serviced)
it's a great deal, believe me. too bad these spaces usually go to local and not expats.
Or does anyone have fixed income/equity derivatives trading analyst comp info for the US? HK is prolly comparable
