Compensation and Splits

Long time reader, haven't posted much....

Have been interviewing with some of the notable shops on these posts, think SIG. Also have interviewed at some smaller places that trade the curve. A couple of the smaller shops I have met with also offer a competitive salary, an excellent track record and solid structured training.

I am getting close to decision time, but as I make my decision one of my focuses is my split once I go independent/live. IE: How much of my profit do I get?

What is typical split from GOOD proprietary trading firms?

Please reply with type of company(options mm, fin. futures, etc.)
